At PetPivot, we want you and your furry companion to love every outfit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. To be eligible for a refund, items must remain in their original packaging with all tags attached and be free of pet hair or odor.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the garment is clean and folded.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
